PUPPY HOARDER: Ex-Beverly Hills Mayor Charlotte Spadaro in deep dog doo-doo after her Riverside property raided by Animal officers

A former Mayor of Beverly Hills who has a long record of charges as being an "animal hoarder" could be in a heap of dog doo-doo after Riverside officials seized 24 dogs, mostly malnourished puppies from her home last Friday.

Ex-Beverly Hills Mayor Charlotte Spadaro, who is now a resident in the Inland Empire could be charged in the future on "animal cruelty" charges after a raid on her run-down property.

Spadaro known as an "animal hoarder" by critics, pet advocates and from law enforcement for her past actions,  so this type of raid is nothing new to her.

Riverside Animal Services are claiming that many of the animals seized on Spadaro property had lost hair and were steeped in their own waste that created an overwhelming stench in the home and the surrounding area.

Also taken was cat with four kittens and found one dead puppy.

Spadaro calls herself an "animal activist."

I call her "gonzo" who has been involved far too long with this bad behavior.  These type of cases are becoming more and more common in our community, and it drives me crazy.

Ms. Ex-Mayor (who appears to need a shower) said she was cited last year for not having licenses or vaccination proof for more than 200 dogs.  Spadaro, who is an attorney, yep, said that she had not heard the details of the seizures and had no comment.
