BREAKING NEWS: Dead woman found in Industrial Park in Cerritos. Homicide Detectives Investigating location at 16400 Block of Manning Way between Carmenita and Shoemaker

Cerritos, CA: Los Angeles County Sheriff Homicide Detectives are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found at the 16400 block of Manning Way here in Cerritos.

Officials are investigating the circumstances surrounding this matter and have not released any additional details.

The only description of the victim is that she was an "adult white female."

The 16400 block of Manning Way is located in an industrial park between Carmentia Road and Shoemaker Avenue and north of 166th Street here in Cerritos.

Above is a photo of the Manning Way location in Cerritos where the body was found. Manning Way is also where the Regional United Parcel Service Center (UPS) is location. The street is normally quiet in the night and weekends, but heavily travelled during the weekdays.

As soon as additional information is available, including the name of the victim, I will pass it along.
