SUPERVISOR CHRIS NORBY WINS 72nd ASSEMBLY DISTRICT SPECIAL ELECTION; FACES RUN OFF AGAINST LITTLE KNOWN DEMOCRAT and GREEN CANDIDATE
Here are the SEMI FINAL RESULTS from today's 72nd Assembly District Special Election to replace former Assemblyman Mike Duvall who resigned in an "open hot mic" sex scandal earlier this Summer. Since no candidate recieved 50% Plus One vote a run off will be held.
OC Supervisor Chris Norby has easily defeated fellow REPUBLICAN Linda Ackerman is today's election. Norby will face a little known Democrat John MacMurray and Green candidate Jane Rands in an election next month.
