Enough of the Kardashian's.  No, I am serious.

First of all, the Kardashian gals came and took over the Los Cerritos Center on Sunday and literally "closed" Sear's down in the middle of the afternoon due to overflow crowds.

Now, I turn on "Dancing With The Stars" and brother Rob Kardashian just had his season debut with mega-hot dance icon Cheryl Burke.

Rob, dude, pull the broom handle out of your rear, and START dancing like a real man.  I give him a "4" on the first week.  Bring on CHAZ, baby!

Yepremyan Murder: Four Indicted in 2009 North Hollywood Murder

What's THE REaction:
Location map of Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, USAImage via WikipediaVAN NUYS – Four Van Nuys residents were arraigned today on a superceding indictment charging them with conspiracy and murder in the 2009 shooting death of a 19-year-old Granada Hills man after he sent a text message, the District Attorney’s Office announced. Zareh Manjikian, 24, who surrendered to police in July following an international manhunt, and Vahagn Jurian, 24, pleaded not guilty to one count each of conspiracy to commit a crime and murder in the Nov. 18, 2009, fatal shooting of Gombert Yepremyan. The indictment also charges Hovik Dzhuryan, 19, and his sister, Khatun Vardanian, 22, with one count each of conspiracy. Dzhuryan and Vardanian each pleaded not guilty. Bail was set at $30,000 for Vardanian and $45,000 for Dzhuryan. All four were arraigned on a two-count Grand Jury indictment returned Thursday and unsealed today by Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg. Deputy District Attorney Ed Nison is prosecuting the case. The indictment alleges the four conspired to kill Yepremyan after he sent a text message to his girlfriend in which he insulted Vardanian. Vardanian allegedly saw the message, called her brother Dzhuryan and told him to beat up Yepremyan. The indictment alleges Yepremyan began receiving phone calls from Dzhuryan, Jurian and others who told him to meet them at a Sears parking lot in North Hollywood at Victory and Laurel Canyon boulevards. At the parking lot during a confrontation, the indictment alleges Jurian struck Yepremyan in the face with his fist and Manjikian shot him in the back of the head with a 9 mm handgun. Manjikian had been a fugitive until July when he turned himself in following his arrest then release in Puerto Rico. He remains in custody on $8 million bail. Jurian, who also had been a fugitive until his arrest earlier this year, remains in custody on $4 million bail. All four return to court Monday in Van Nuys, Department G, for pretrial. Prosecutors are expected to dismiss two separate cases filed earlier against the defendants.

REALITY SHOW TRIO PROVES
TO BE A HUGE HIT IN CERRITOS!
By Randy Economy
 Sunday, September 18, 2011

Cerritos, CA

The Kardashian's much hyped visit to the Sears at the Los Cerritos Center resulted in huge crowds, and a mandatory "lock down" of the department store.
MADNESS INSIDE SEAR CERRITOS. From KIM KARDASHIANS "TWIT PIC." The store was placed on "lock down" around 20 minutes later.  Way too many people inside Sears. What were they thinking?
As expected, thousands of fans showed up to the event, and hundreds were still in line as of 2:30 p.m. in attempts to get in to see a glimpse of the reality show sister act consisting of Kim, Kourtney and Khole. Several patrol cars from the Cerritos Sheriff's Department were on scene throughout the afternoon.

Not the Kardashians, just happy fans who just had their "dreams come true."

"Worth the wait!"
According to store management, the entire store was "placed on mandatory lock down" due to the massive crowd that converged on the department store.

One store security guard, who did not identify himself, said "we are clearing the entire store, it is crazy inside.  Way too many people."  Every entrance into and out of the store was locked as of 1:40 p.m.  "We are letting people in a couple at a time."

"It got totally out of hand inside," said Jessica Ramirez a visitor from Chino.  "People started shoving.  There were way too many people inside the store at one time.  It started to get crazy," she said.

Sears had placed full front page ads in publications such as the Los Angeles Times, and other media outlets this past week "hyping" the event. Some fans waited in lines as early as 5 a.m. in order to get an autograph from their reality idols. Still, many emerged sporting their new "Kardashian Kollection" clothing wear, autographed photos in hand, and smiles beaming ear to ear.

"This is a dream come true," said Jennifer Martinez of Lakewood.  She had a new blouse from the Kardashian Kollection that was covered in animal print.  When asked if it was worth the wait, Martinez, 19 said, "You bet.  I spent over $700.00 in the new Kardashian Kollection, and I am a real happy camper."

Three other excited shoppers emerged and two of them had tears in their eyes, and they even broke into an impromptu flash dance and song.   "They are so beautiful, I am still shaking."

Grocery store chains say stores will close if Southern California workers go on strike.

2:45 p.m. PST

LOS ANGELES — Here we go.  Get ready for another "super market" strike here in Southern California, and this one could be a real wild ride for consumers like you and me.  We are now "officially" in the 11th HOUR before an "official" strike could be called by leaders of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union.

I live in Cerritos.  Most of the supermarkets in our "neck of the woods" consist mainly of "ethnic" supermarkets that cater to a very large and influential Asian and Hispanic "clientele," and most of them do not belong to a union. But, grocery store chains are laying plans in the event grocery workers decide to go on strike over stalled contract negotiations on Sunday night — Ralphs will close, Albertsons may and Vons intends to stay open. "Ralphs will initially close all of our stores,” said spokeswoman Kendra Doyel in a statement. “During a strike, it is difficult to create a good shopping experience for our customers and a good working environment for our employees.”
Albertsons spokeswoman Christie Ly said in a statement that up to 100 Albertsons stores could close for some or all of the strike.
“One of the lessons we learned during the 2003-04 labor dispute is that it doesn’t make good business sense to try to operate all our stores during a strike,” said Ly.

Officials at the Von's grocery chain have said they intend to remain open if a strike is called. A candlelight vigil is going to be held on Sunday night, at 7:30 p.m. at the  Pavilions Plaza at 9467 Olympic Blvd., in Beverly Hills.
